Changes in messaging

Email notifications will now be sent via messenger@nedocs.org, instead of the user's email address. Emulating the user's email has been one of the most creative and used features of NEDOCS, but has become unsustainable with our growing user base.
Users now have a simple Reply button at the end of the notification. Simply log in to the app, and add your team update to reply to the event.
NEDOCS updates are no longer visible on the timeline, and the team update has changed icons from the bull-horn to balloon-callouts.
We're hard at work to streamline messaging as it becomes our core feature. Reliable, quick, and clear communication is the key to improving patient flow.
